Applicability of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pe999 ("Company", "we", "us") and any person who uses pe999's website, mobile platform, or related services ("User", "you"). By accessing the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Eligibility Criteria

KYC Verification

The Company may at any time request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification purposes. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete. pe999 follows this process to ensure financial security and prevent fraud.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at pe999 is ৳300 per method. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits may only be made from an account or number registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be paid via the same method used for the deposit and to the same person's account. Withdrawal processing may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Suspicious Transactions and Fraud

If any transaction appears suspicious, pe999 reserves the right to place it on temporary hold pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the associated balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings earned from that bonus become withdrawable only after ৳15,000 in wagers have been placed. Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus balance being cancelled.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using bonuses through multiple accounts, placing bets via bots or automated tools, or abusing promotional offers in any way will give pe999 the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

Fair Play Policy

All games at pe999 are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). No player or third party has the ability to manipulate game outcomes. All game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI, and Ezugi — use internationally certified technology.

Prohibited Activities

• Using strategic software, bots, or automated betting tools.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

Game Errors and Technical Issues

If a technical error causes a game result to be unclear or disputed, pe999 reserves the right to void the round and refund the original wager amount. Any winnings resulting from a faulty outcome are automatically null and void.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

pe999's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers step by step through regular and active participation.

Cashback Payment Rules

Weekly cashback is calculated at a set time each week and credited to the account. Cashback balances may carry their own wagering requirements — pe999 will communicate the details separately. Cashback for accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be cancelled.

Setting Personal Limits

Minor Protection

pe999 strictly prohibits registration and use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. If an account is operated using the identity of a minor, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

Copyright Protection

All logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other content used on the pe999 website and platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of the Company or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content in any way without prior written permission from the Company is prohibited.

Third-Party Content

The platform may include content from third-party game providers. The respective provider's own terms of use apply to such content.

Limitation of Company Liability

Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If outstanding wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be cancelled. However, any valid balance will be returned.
